-
- 1. General
-
- 1.1 If you attempt to edit contact information in a people or company
- page during the "Initial Indexing" phase, there may be a short pause
- while your changes are saved. These changes will not be lost and will
- eventually be updated.
-
- 1.2 Auto-Arrange is not working in the File/Folder tab for this release.
-
- 1.3 If you are using the Outlook Express Address Book 4.0, you must have at
- least one entry in their database before you will be able to add
- entries using Enfish Onespace.
-
- 1.4 If you are using Outlook on a machine that is not always connected
- to the network you may experience difficulties in the following situation:
-
- You are using IE 4 and,
- Outlook is connecting to an exchange server and
- the Outlook connection state is set to auto-detect the
- connection state
-
- To resolve the situation:
-
- Upgrade to IE 5 or,
- Set your connection manually in the exchange setting according
- to your connection state or
- Always run Outlook when you are offline
-
- You should be aware that when the machine is restarted, we attempt to
- index your Outlook mail, and every hour we attempt to index your
- contacts, appointments and tasks. If we are unable to correctly
- determine the online/offline state of Outlook, we may remove
- these items from your Enfish Onespace index (your stored
- Outlook information will not be affected). To avoid this, you may wish
- to adjust your indexing schedule if you elect not to upgrade to IE 5.
