  13. Improvements in the 2.2 release
  14. ----------Enfish Onespace----------
  15. Performance Improvements
  16.     We have significantly improved the load time    
  17.     of the application as a whole as well as the 
  18.     time it takes to switch between pages within
  19.     Enfish Onespace. In addition, we have 
  20.     optimized our indexing of your information to 
  21.     reduce indexing interence.These improvements have
  22.     greatly enhanced the performance of the 
  23.     application.

  25. Autofill    
  26.     If your Internet Explorer is configured to
  27.     autofill forms and passwords, we will use this
  28.     setting to provide this funtionality from
  29.     within Enfish Onespace.
  30.  
  31. Viewable HTML Mail
  32.     We now have the ability to view HTML based 
  33.     email in our viewer. This includes 
  34.     fonts, colors and most graphics
  35.  
  36. Sports and Entertainment News
  37.     We have added many new content providers to
  38.     Enfish Onespace and are highlighting some of
  39.     these in the new Sports/Entertainment news 
  40.     control. This can be added to any tab by
  41.     right-clicking on the tab title

  43. More options added to tab configuration
  44.     You can now easily add any of your favorites
  45.     to any tab. Either right-click
  46.     on the tab title and select change tab, or 
  47.     drag the favorite from the navigation pane 
  48.     to the tab where you would like to see it.

  50. Navigation pane stickiness
  51.     The navigation pane now retains its last 
  52.     position until you change it. This makes
  53.     navigating through long lists of people,
  54.     companies or favorites much easier.

  56. Eudora email support
  57.     We have added the support for indexing and
  58.     viewing Eudora email. Supported versions are
  59.     4.0 and greater. (limited support for 
  60.     version 3.x)

  62. Day, Week and Month views in appointments
  63.     We now support 4 appointment views. Summary,
  64.     Day, Week, and Month.

  66. Weather is looking good
  67.     We have given the weather control a facelift
  68.     and have added support for up to 11 cities.

  70. Wallet and Auto-Fill
  71.     We have added a secure place for you to store
  72.     your personal information such as mailing     
  73.     addresses and credit card information. This will    
  74.     make shopping easier as we can use this    
  75.     information to auto-fill tedious commerce forms.

  79. Send email more quickly
  80.     We have added a recipient's list to the new email
  81.     button on the Enfish Onespace toolbar. This
  82.     will allow you to pre-fill the TO: line of
  83.     your email message with the email addresses of
  84.     contacts in you people pages.

  90. A.     If you are using MS Word 9.0 as your email 
  91.     editor you are likely to see the word "normal"
  92.     appear in the summary of email in a results
  93.     list. This is because Word formats your 
  94.     email with an XML language tag that we 
  95.     are unable to strip out.
  96.  
  97. B.    If you are using Eudora lite 3.06, and viewing
  98.     HTMl based email, using Enfish Onespace, some of 
  99.     HTML codes will be displayed. 
  100.  
  101.     We are only providing limited support for Eudora
  102.     3.x versions. We recommend an update to Eudora
  103.     4 or 5 which are available at no cost on the     
  104.     Internet.
  105.  
  106. C.    When multiple Eudora mail stores are present, Enfish 
  107.     Onespace will default to the last mail store that was
  108.     accessed to send email.
  109.  
  110. D.    If you have installed the Outlook 2000 (SR1) security 
  111.     update, when you mark tasks as completed in Enfish Onespace, 
  112.     you get recieve a security warning from Outlook suggesting 
  113.     that a program is accessing your data in Outlook 
  114.     and whether you want to allow this. This is because we 
  115.     will automatically update any information you change in 
  116.     Enfish Onespace in Outlook as well. To work around this.
  117.     simply acknowledge the message box.

  121. Improvements in the 2.1 release.
  122. ----------Enfish Onespace----------
  123. Performance improvements
  124.     Performance of Enfish Onespace is greatly improved 
  125.     in this release. Pages will load more quickly and
  126.     we have added the ability to adjust the speed 
  127.     of the indexer by user the slider on the 
  128.     initial indexing dialog or the tune indexing
  129.     from the tray icon menu. In addition, 
  130.     we have improved the resource usage which 
  131.     results in faster load and response time.

  133. Mini-Navigation Bars for Web Pages
  134.     We have added the ability to view multiple web pages
  135.     on a single page. Each web tab on a page has its own
  136.     mini-navigation tool bar that allows you to navigate
  137.     within a tab.

  139. Progress indicators will loading pages
  140.     As each page or tab loads, the progress is indicated in
  141.     the address bar of the tab.

  143. My Computer and Internet Favorites and Bookmarks ordered
  144.     Favorites, Bookmarks and your computers folders are 
  145.     listed in the Navigation Pane (at the left of your screen)
  146.     are now listed exactly as listed in IE, Netscape or 
  147.     Windows Explorer.

  149. Drag and Drop for MAPI mail item
  150.     We have added the ability to drag and drop MAPI mail    
  151.     items between folders in the Navigation Pane or
  152.     between multiple tabs on a page.

  155.     You can now customize your saved lists of information.
  156.     Save a list and use the include and exclude action
  157.     buttons to customize the information you want to see.

  163.     We have added a new People button to make accessing your

  166. Persistent Find Criteria

  170. Send Email more easily
  171.     You can send a mail message to any contact more easily
  172.     by right clicking on the persons name in the Navigation
  173.     Pane and choosing Send Email.

  175. Create new pages easily
  176.     You can easily add additional contacts and companies to
  177.     your contact manager by right clicking on the People
  178.     or Company entries in the Navigation Pane or by typing    
  179.     the name of a person, company, new custom page name in
  180.     the goto bar at the top of your screen.

  182. Save and share your Homepage
  183.     You can save your Homepage and share it between multiple 
  184.     computers or with a friend. Right click on the Homepage
  185.     entry in the Navigation Pane and select the appropriate
  186.     option.

  188. Set any custom page as your Homepage.
  189.     Right click on any custom page in the Navigation Pane
  190.     and select Set As Homepage. This will now be the
  191.     first page you see when launching Enfish Onespace
  192.     and also be the page loaded when selecting the Home
  193.     button from the toolbar.

  195. Save, open and view mail attachments
  196.     All mail attachments are listed in the our mail viewer.
  197.     TO save, open or view an attachment, click on the 
  198.     ellipsis (...) next to the attachment.

  200. Add specific MAPI mail folders to tabs on any page
  201.     You can add specific MAPI mail folders to a Homepage
  202.     or any custom page. Right click on any tab and select
  203.     Add Tab | Outlook Inbox. Then select any folder from
  204.     your list of folders.

  207.     Your folders in the Navigation Pane will now

  218. If you choose only one contact database to index during install
  219. and later decide to index another, the added database will be
  220. indexed, but will not appear on the preference page.

  223. series are not shown appropriately in the appointments

  226. If you remove an information source from the indexing settings
  227. the information will not be properly removed from the index.

  250. 1.1     If you attempt to edit contact information in a people or company 
  251.     page during the    "Initial Indexing" phase, there may be a short pause
  252.     while your changes are saved. These changes will not be lost and will
  253.     eventually be updated.
  254.  
  255. 1.2    Auto-Arrange is not working in the File/Folder tab for this release.
  256.  
  257. 1.3    If you are using the Outlook Express Address Book 4.0, you must have at 
  258.     least one entry in their database before you will be able to add
  259.     entries using Enfish Onespace.

  261. 1.4    If you are using Outlook on a machine that is not always connected 
  262.     to the network you may experience difficulties in the following situation:
  263.  
  264.         You are using IE 4 and, 
  265.         Outlook is connecting to an exchange server and 
  266.         the Outlook connection state is set to auto-detect the 
  267.         connection state 
  268.  
  269.     To resolve the situation:
  270.  
  271.         Upgrade to IE 5 or, 
  272.         Set your connection manually in the exchange setting according 
  273.         to your connection state or 
  274.         Always run Outlook when you are offline 
  275.  
  276.     You should be aware that when the machine is restarted, we attempt to 
  277.     index your Outlook mail, and every hour we attempt to index your 
  278.     contacts, appointments and tasks.  If we are unable to correctly 
  279.     determine the online/offline state of Outlook, we may remove 
  280.     these items from your Enfish Onespace index (your stored 
  281.     Outlook information will not be affected).  To avoid this, you may wish 
  282.     to adjust your indexing schedule if you elect not to upgrade to IE 5.

  285. 2.     Indexing Scheduler

  287. 2.1     When choosing the Execute action in Indexing Settings, the status 
  288.     will not refresh automatically, but clicking the refresh button or 
  289.     pressing F5 will refresh the status.

  291. 2.2    If you are using the windows/system DLL comctl32.dll version 4.72.3110.1
  292.     or earlier, you will not see check boxes in the add new infosource wizard.

  294. 3.    Companies

  296. 3.1    If you have companies on MyYahoo or MySnap, you will not be able to edit
  297.     these in Enfish Onespace.

  301. 1.    We do not support the AOL dialer. To get the most out of 
  302.     Enfish Onespace, please connect to the Internet before launching 
  303.     Enfish Onespace.
